Until now preparing for the Certified Cider Professional program has been largely self study. The American Cider Association is pleased to announce an on-demand primer to help you study and prrepare to pass the 60 question online introductory level exam to earn the title of Certified Cider Professional. The training will run about 2 hours and will cover all the sections of the exam. Test questions fall into six categories: (1) Apples, the orchard & history (2) Cider making (3) Evaluation (4) Families & Flavor (5) Keeping & serving (6) Food & cider.
